Why we built Kerna
We were scaling a client service team across Europe. We needed specialists who understood the product deeply β but who also spoke German, French, or Japanese fluently. Finding that combination was either impossible or absurdly expensive.
The alternative was clunky: copy an email, paste it into Google Translate, read a rough translation, draft a reply in English, translate it back, hope it sounded natural. It didn't. Clients could always tell.
We realized we didn't need more people. We needed to give the experts we already had the ability to communicate fluently in any language, instantly. That idea became Kerna.

Kerna runs natively inside your inbox, in Gmail and Outlook. There is nothing to download, no browser extension, no separate app. You open an email, click Kerna in the sidebar, and the AI goes to work.

Your email content is processed in real-time and immediately discarded. We do not log, cache, or store any email text. Ever.
No Model Training
We do not use your data to train AI models. Your emails are not part of any dataset. Your business stays your business.
