How it works
From application to your first payout

Apply and get your link
We review each application within a few working days. Once approved, you accept the terms and get your partner link.

Bring clients
Register a client's email domain before it subscribes, or send it your partner link. The client stays yours for as long as it pays, even if it leaves and comes back.

Get paid every quarter
You earn on every payment a client makes, for as long as it pays and you are a partner. After each quarter you get a statement for any amount, and we pay it through Stripe into your bank account by the end of the following month.

Monthly plans at list price. A client keeps the rate it signed at for as long as it pays.

Commission is on what the client pays, excluding VAT, on monthly and yearly plans alike. The yearly figures assume the client pays all 12 months; you earn on the payments it actually makes, every year it stays.

Questions
Is there a sales minimum?
No. There is no sales target. Either side can end the agreement on 1 to 3 months' notice, depending on how long it has run, and commission stops when it ends.
Who supports my clients?
Kerna does. Clients buy from Kerna under Kerna's terms, and we handle onboarding, billing and support. You never need access to their mailboxes.
How do you know a client came from me?
Register its email domain in your partner dashboard before it subscribes, or have it subscribe through your partner link. Your client does not need to enter anything.
Which plans earn commission?
Every paid plan: Standard, Pro, Business and Enterprise, monthly or yearly, including renewals, upgrades and extra seats.
How do I get paid?
Through Stripe. In your partner dashboard you set up a payout account once; Stripe checks your company and takes the bank account to pay into. We pay each statement there by the end of the month after its quarter, and Stripe pays it into your bank. A payment over 15,000 zł goes by bank transfer instead. Kerna pays Stripe's fees.
How are invoices and VAT handled?
After each quarter your partner dashboard shows a statement: every client payment it covers, your commission on each and the total. Beside it are the details for your invoice to Kerna: our company and tax number, the service description, the date of service, the amount and the VAT for your VAT status. If you charge VAT, you add it on top, and we pay the statement plus that VAT. Partners in another EU country invoice under the reverse charge. Partners in Poland who invoice in KSeF issue it there.
